Insuring Your Order

Want to make sure you get what you ordered?

Once in a while, the postal service loses an order.
In all the time we have been shipping orders (we've shipped well over 4000 order now),
we have only lost 2 orders - both international.

Some orders are quite large, and we just can not afford to replace lost orders due to causes outside our reach. So we decided to offer insurance to you, incase you want to purchase it.


If you choose to not order insurance, and your order is lost,
we can not be held responsible for the loss.

Orders Shipped within the USA:

You will be purchasing will be through Stamps.Com, as a part of our labeling system. With this system, we are not required to drop the package off at the post office and they handle claims within 10 days, once the claim is filed! A claim of a lost package must wait at least 30 days, to ensure that is is truly lost and not simply delayed.

For PRIORITY or EXPRESS ONLY 

(You must select Priority or Express for shipping on checkout - you can not select "free shipping" is you want to add insurance!)

and will be through United States Postal Service.
Some insurance is automatic with Priority Mail, but it is usually not as high as our packages are valued at.
