Too big and they can leak. Too small and they can cause skin irritation!

How do I measure for sizing?

There are three things to measure for:

Measure the Waist/Hip:

Measure around the hip/waist at the level of 2 inches below the belly button.

**Along the same lines as normal mens breifs or low rise underwear (not bikini)*

For The LOW RISE and Youth Versions - Measure around the hip/waist at the level of 5 inches above where the leg bends in the front

**Along the same lines as low rise/bikini underwear *

Measure the Thigh:

Measure starting at the top of the leg at the hip—where the leg bends—then around through the crotch and back up to the top of the thigh.

**Along the same lines as normal mens breifs or womens underwear (not french cut)**

Measure for the Rise:

Measure from the belly button down through the crotch and up to approximately the same height in the back.

For the Low Rise and Youth, measure from 2 inches below the belly button down through the crotch and up to approximately the same height in the back.

**I recommend measuring this over a trim diaper or underwear.**
